Crystal Flash Supports Veterans

New and existing Crystal Flash residential customers who are active-duty United States military Service members or Veterans are eligible for a 10¢ per gallon discount on both propane and fuel oil used for home heating.

Eligibility requirements: This discount applies to residential accounts only and extends to any permanent resident of the service address/household. In some cases, additional proof of residence may be required. For purposes of this policy, eligible branches of the U.S. military include Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, Coast Guard, and Space Force, including members of the National Guard and Reserves.

Ineligible: Commercial accounts (accounts with Commercial-based pricing), Department of Defense (DoD) civilian employees, and contractors who are also not active Service members or Veterans.   

Crystal Flash requires one-time proof of eligibility before applying the discount for future orders. There will be no retroactive discounts or refunds for prior deliveries made. 

Verification: we accept a copy of ANY ONE of the following documents;

• Common Access Card (CAC)
• DD Form 214
• Veterans Identification Card (VIC)
• Uniformed Services ID Card (Retired)
• State-Issued Veteran ID Card or Driver's License Designation
