Support for the Crystal Flash Tank Monitoring System

The Crystal Flash Tank Monitoring System uses a cellular signal to provide precise data on the level of fuel in your tank. The system includes a smartphone app to give you visibility and control over your fuel usage data, no matter where you are.

Setting up your app for the Crystal Flash Tank Monitoring System

Connecting to the App is easy! After you’ve ACTIVATED your Tank Monitoring System and received your code from us, follow the steps below.

1. Request Code: Activate the monitor by requesting your unique code.
2. Download app: After you receive code, download the Crystal Flash app.
3. Create Account: In the app, select “Create account”. Enter all of the required info and then select the check mark in the top right corner.
4. Sync your tank: To sync your tank to your account click the “+” in the bottom corner of the screen and enter the activation code that we’ve sent you.

Our tank monitoring system connects to the Crystal Flash app and allows you to check your tank level anytime from anywhere, track your usage patterns and set notification alarms.

NOTE: If you have multiple tanks to add, you will need a different activation code for each tank.
