To make a payment by phone, call us Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm at (800) 875-4851. We can process credit card payments, help enroll you in automatic payments, and more.

About Our Invoices and Statements
Please note, this information applies to customers that are NOT on a Budget Payment Plan. If you are on a Budget Payment Plan, please see our section for “Customers on Budget Payment Plan”.
The Invoice will show up two business days after delivery on the customer portal and is emailed to the email address associated with your account.
This Invoice should be paid according to your established payment terms.

The Budget Statement is emailed monthly and reflects the established budget payment amount, regardless of recent deliveries. This is the amount you should pay or that will be automatically charged to you if you have set up automatic payments.
