How to Request Propane or Fuel Delivery

Crystal Flash makes it easy to request a propane or fuel delivery. You can order by phone, in person, through the online customer portal, or the Crystal Flash app.

The Crystal Flash App

The Crystal Flash mobile app gives you quick access to your account, tank details, and delivery options. Customers on Will Call Delivery can request a fill using the Crystal Flash App.

Step 1: Download the App

• Apple App Store

Step 2: Log In or Create an Account

If you’ve used the Crystal Flash Customer Portal before, the same email and password will work here, and you can set up biometrics for easier login.

New users can create an account using:

• Your Crystal Flash Billing Account Number
• The numeric portion of your billing address (ex: “1234” from 1234 Main Street)
• A valid email address

Step 3: Select the Tank You Want to Fill

If you have multiple tanks on your account, use the tank selector at the top of the home screen to switch between them.

Step 4: Place Your Order

1. Tap “Order Propane” or *“Request Delivery.”
2. Enter the amount you’d like delivered (if prompted).
3. Review your details.
4. Submit your order.

You’ll receive a confirmation once your order is placed.

Other Helpful App Features

The app also allows you to:

• View your current tank level (for customers with wireless monitoring)
• Make a payment
• Review statements, invoices, and delivery history
• View your Price Protection Plan (PPP)
• Use face or fingerprint login for quick access

The Online Customer Portal

If you prefer using a computer or browser, visit: my.crystalflash.com. The portal has a ton of features that give you control of your account anytime, anywhere. You can access the portal from a computer, tablet, or phone.

Using the portal, you can request a delivery, pay your bill, enroll in automatic delivery, and more.

Step 1: Log In or Register

Sign-in or register for an account if you haven’t already. Use the same login as the mobile app. New users can register in minutes.

Step 2: Select Your Tank and Place an Order

1. Choose the tank you want filled.
2. Click “Order Propane” or “Request Fuel Delivery.”
3. Submit your request.

The portal includes additional account tools such as PPP enrollment and adding authorized users.

Troubleshooting & Common Questions

I can’t log in to the app or portal.

• Verify your email and password.
• Try resetting your password from the login screen.
• Make sure you’re entering only the numeric portion of your address during registration.
• If you are a new Crystal Flash customer, please allow 24 hours after account setup before registering for the app or portal.

My tank isn’t showing in the app.

This may happen if:

• Your tank is new
• Your account was recently switched over
• You’re using a different email than what’s on file

My tank level isn’t displaying.

Tank levels appear only for customers with wireless tank monitoring installed. If you’d like to add monitoring, visit our request form in the portal.

Can I still order if I’m on Auto-Fill?

Customers on Auto-Fill don’t need to worry about placing manual orders. If you have a concern about your level or upcoming usage, please contact us.

What if I’m traveling for the holidays or winter?

If you have a wireless tank monitor installed, you can check your tank level remotely anytime through the app or portal. For extended trips, consider wireless tank monitoring or Auto-Fill. For more tips, check out our winter and holiday travel guide.
