Meet Our Team: Linda Smith

Linda Smith joined Crystal Flash in 2000 as a Customer Service Representative working out of our Grand Rapids corporate office. In 2005, she was selected to help open a new CF office location in Hamilton. Upon returning to her normal duties, Linda split her time between CF’s Grand Rapids and Greenville offices.

In 2010, Linda transitioned into working in Crystal Flash’s Environmental Division. When that part of the business was sold in 2011, she moved into CF’s Commercial Sales department as an Administrative Assistant. 2017 found Linda shifting into her current role in Inside Sales, where she enjoys assisting and working with our commercial customers.

Previously a long-time Grand Rapids resident, Linda now lives in the Newaygo area. She is proud of her two grown children and four wonderful grandchildren. In her free time, Linda enjoys paper crafting, quilting, walking and bike riding.

In high school, Linda participated on the girls track team, excelling in discus, shot put and as a sprinter. While putting together this profile, she shared that she was recently contacted by a former male classmate who stated it used to really frustrate him that he could never beat her in the 110-yard sprint.
