Need your Crystal Flash account number? There are several easy places to find it. Examples are shown with the account number circled below.
Customer Portal
If you’re registered for the Crystal Flash customer portal, your account number is displayed on the home page once you’re logged in.
Crystal Flash App
Using the Crystal Flash app? Your account number is also displayed on the app home screen once you’re logged in.
Statements and Invoices
Your Crystal Flash account number can be found at the top of all statements and invoices, whether you receive them electronically or on paper.
Order and Delivery Confirmations
If you’re signed up to receive order and delivery confirmation emails or text messages, your account number is included in those communications as well.
Metered Delivery Tickets
You can also find an “Account No” on your Metered Delivery Ticket, sometimes called a delivery receipt. There is one important difference to keep in mind: the account number shown on a Metered Delivery Ticket may include a dash followed by a location number.
For example: 123456-1
If you’re entering your account number into Crystal Flash’s automated pay-by-phone system, use only the numbers before the dash. In the example above, you would enter 123456.
The automated payment system recognizes the account number only and does not recognize the location number after the dash.
