Prices shown do not include sales tax, mandatory PERC fee, Hazmat fee, fuel surcharges, delivery charges or any other mandated fee that is charged at the time of delivery. To participate in any of the Price Protection Programs, minimum deliveries apply. Price Protection does not apply to After-Hours, Weekend or Emergency deliveries that are requested by the customer. Such deliveries are subject to the current market price, and additional delivery charges will apply. A Contract Termination Fee of $199 will be charged to cancel the terms of this contract at any time during the contract period or if no delivery of propane is taken during the contract period.
