Caywood Customers: Registering Your Account with Us
As an existing Caywood customer, your service address and account details have automatically been integrated into our systems. We've done our best to transfer your saved payment details as completely as possible and appreciate your help in confirming and reviewing what we have on file for you.
Through the Crystal Flash app and customer portal, you have access to your account 24/7. Within your online account, you can find delivery tickets, invoices, and statements for transactions taking place after May 1, 2026.
To register your account, you will need your new Crystal Flash Account Number, which will arrive in the mail by May 31, 2026.
To register your account, you'll need:
- Your Crystal Flash Billing Account Number
- Your Billing Address House or PO Box number (for example, if your address is 1234 Main Street, enter 1234)
- A valid email address
The customer portal app, “Crystal Flash” is available on Apple and Android devices. The Customer Portal is accessible via a web browser at my.crystalflash.com.
