Crystal Flash Launches $12,000 “Growing Forward with Crystal Flash” Award Program to Support Youth in Agriculture

Crystal Flash, Inc. is proud to announce the launch of the Growing Forward with Crystal Flash award program. This new initiative provides $12,000 in direct financial support to youth who are active participants in the agricultural industry.

Building on a long-standing history of supporting the agricultural community, Crystal Flash is introducing this structured program to provide direct assistance to its customers’ families. The Growing Forward with Crystal Flash program will grant six (6) recipients a $2,000 award to be used toward their continued participation in agricultural initiatives, operations, and education.

“Our goal is to fuel the growth of young leaders as they develop the skills needed to feed our future,” said Jamie West, Marketing Manager of Crystal Flash. “By launching this award program, we are deepening our commitment to the families we serve and ensuring that the hardworking youth in our communities have the resources they need to thrive in their agricultural pursuits.”

The program is open to the children and grandchildren of active Crystal Flash customers. Applicants must be between the ages of 8 and 21 and demonstrate active participation in an established agriculture organization, operation, or education program, such as 4-H, FFA, or a collegiate ag-related course of study.

Key Program Details:

• Total Funding: $12,000 (Six $2,000 awards)
• Age Brackets: Awards are distributed across three categories (8–13, 14–17, and 18–21) to ensure fair consideration for all levels of experience.
• Application Deadline: May 31, 2026.
• Selection Process: All submissions will undergo an anonymous review by a panel of Crystal Flash employee owner volunteers to ensure a fair and unbiased selection.
