• Check tank level if you have a tank monitor installed.
• View important documents like statements, transactions, delivery tickets, and invoices.
• See details about your propane Price Protection Plan (PPP).
• Switch easily between different tanks associated with your account.
• Log in instantly using your device’s biometric features (thumbprint or facial recognition).

Seamless Transition and Future Enhancements

The updated web portal at my.crystalflash.com remains the go-to source for a more robust feature set, including PPP enrollment and adding authorized users. However, the new app currently supports all the core functions needed for daily business.

Great news for existing users: If you were previously registered for the Crystal Flash Customer Portal, your same login credentials will work for both the newly updated portal and the new mobile app!

For existing Crystal Flash customers who haven’t registered for the portal or app, registration requires:

• Your Crystal Flash Billing Account Number
• Your Billing Address House or PO Box number (for example, if your address is 1234 Main Street, enter 1234)
• A valid email address
